Turk Telekom announced its cooperation with Azercell in Barcelona

The first announcement of Turk Telekom, which is preparing to sign many national and international collaborations within the scope of the Mobile World Congress fair, was the agreement it made with Azerbaijan’s leading mobile operator, Azercell.

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Turk Telekom subsidiary Argela and Azercell, Azercell will integrate Argela’s new generation Network and Customer Assurance products into its system.

Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024), the world’s largest mobile technology fair, opened its doors in Barcelona, Spain.

The first announcement of Turk Telekom, which is preparing to sign many national and international collaborations within the scope of the fair, was the agreement it made with Azerbaijan’s leading mobile operator, Azercell.

In this context, Azercell, which integrates the new products of Argela Network & Customer Assurance (NCA) platform, a subsidiary of Turk Telekom that produces innovative solutions, into its system, aims to maximize customer experience.

Argela NCA Product Package, which includes Real Time Monitoring (RTM), Service Quality Monitoring (SQM) and Customer Experience Management (CEM) platforms, allows network operators to gain end-to-end visibility on their networks and services with its structure based on big data analytics.

The platform offers real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for voice and data services, including all popular OTT applications and video streaming services, and also provides important data on each subscriber’s service experience.

Turk Telekom CEO Umit Onal gave the following information to the AA correspondent regarding the agreement:

“We continue our work without slowing down with the vision of becoming a country that produces and exports technology and with the aim of making the ‘Turkiye Century the century of digital’. We use our technological know-how to support the strengthening of the local ecosystem through collaborations and projects, and we play a bridge role for our solutions to enter the market in the global arena. The solutions developed by our subsidiary Argela, which carries out important R&D studies, are used both in our region and in the world market. In this context, I find our cooperation with Azerbaijan’s leading operator Azercell very valuable. We will continue to provide added value to our country by producing technology.”
