7 agreements were signed between Turkiye and Serbia, including investment, technology, and forest fires

Within the scope of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Serbia, 7 agreements were signed between the two countries in various fields.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continues his contacts in Serbia, the second stop of his Balkan tour. After the tete-a-tete and delegation meetings chaired by Erdogan and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, the signing ceremony of the agreements between the two countries started. At the ceremony where a total of 7 agreements were signed, Protocol No. 1 was signed between the two countries on the Amendment of the Agreement on the Abolition of Visas signed in Belgrade on July 12, 2010.

The ministers of the two countries signed the Agreement on the Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments, the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Innovation in Advanced Technologies, and the Memorandum on Cooperation in the Field of Combating Forest Fires. At the ceremony where the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Media and Communications and the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Digital State were signed, a Protocol of Cooperation was signed between the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) and the Serbian Radio and Television (RTS).
