The construction cost index increased by 2.46% on a monthly basis and 67.93% on an annual basis in September.
Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the construction cost index data for September.
Accordingly, the index increased by 2.46% in September compared to the previous month and 67.93% compared to the same month last year.
On a monthly basis, the material index increased by 3.39% and the labor index increased by 0.3%. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 54.15% and the labor index increased by 114.05%.
Building construction cost index increased by 2.47% in September compared to the previous month and 66.08% compared to the same month last year. In September, the material index increased by 3.49% and the labor index increased by 0.21% compared to the previous month. Compared to the same month last year, the material index increased by 51.26% and the labor index increased by 113.93%.
The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 2.44% compared to the previous month and 73.97% compared to the same month last year. In these buildings, the material index increased by 3.09% and the labor index increased by 0.61% compared to the previous month. Compared to the same month last year, the material index increased by 63.27% and the labor index increased by 114.5%.
