While preparations for Eid-al-Adha were completed in Kusadasi, one of Turkiye’s most important tourism cities, the occupancy rate in holiday reservations reached 90%.

For the Eid-al-Adha holiday, holiday resorts continue their preparations intensively.

In Kusadasi, on the other hand, the occupancy rate of the hotels reached 90% with the high increase in reservation requests.

Kusadasi Hoteliers Association Board Member (KODER) Serdar Koroglu stated that with the holidays in schools, the reservations of domestic tourists have increased and he thinks that the hotels will be full during the holiday period.

Stating that historical cities such as Ephesus and Virgin Mary attract the attention of foreign tourists, Koroglu said, “Turkish groups who stay in Kusadasi for 1 or 2 days within the framework of cultural tours and then go to other touristic areas such as Istanbul, Canakkale, Pamukkale and Urgup are also coming.”

“We expect to reach full occupancy during the holiday period. Kusadasi is also a destination for cultural groups.” Koroglu said that American, German, Indian, Scandinavian and Far Eastern guests also came.
