Recently, gold has stood out both as a means of protection against economic crises and as an important component of central bank reserves.
According to the data of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the World Gold Council, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis, Turkiye became the 11th country with the most gold reserves as of 2023.
