At the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME) meeting, it was decided to increase the trustee parking and vehicle towing fees by 18%.
UKOME Meeting was held at Cirpici Social Facilities under the chairmanship of IMM Deputy Secretary General Gurkan Akgun.
At the meeting, the proposal of the General Directorate of the Turkish Police Force Strengthening Foundation to re-regulate the daily parking and tow truck fees for vehicles that are towed and kept in trustee car parks was evaluated. It was decided to increase the trustee’s parking and vehicle towing fees by 18%.
In this context, it was decided that the vehicle towing fee will be increased from ₺600 to ₺708, the private transportation fee for a distance of up to 5 kilometers will be increased from ₺600 to ₺708, and the additional kilometer fee will be increased from ₺20 to ₺23.6. Within the scope of the proposal, it was decided to increase the trustee parking daily fee tariff from ₺30 to ₺35.4 for motorcycles and from ₺60 to ₺70.8 for automobiles, from ₺75 to ₺88.5 for pickup trucks, off-road vehicles and minibuses, from ₺115 to ₺135.7 for trucks and buses, and from ₺150 to ₺177 for construction equipment.
