Moody’s did not update Turkiye’s credit rating

International credit rating agency Moody’s announced that there was no update on Turkiye’s credit rating.

In the statement made by Moody’s, it was reported that the calendar was not updated for Turkiye and Gabon, which was given a date of 16 June for evaluation.

The fact that the annual calendars of international credit rating agencies give dates for the credit rating and rating views of the countries does not mean that there will be a definitive update.

In Moody’s calendar, the second possible evaluation date for Turkiye this year is December 15.

Moody’s currently assesses Turkiye’s credit rating as “B3” and its outlook as “stable”.
