OECD increased its 2023 Turkiye growth expectation from 4.3% to 4.5%. The inflation expectation for 2023 was increased from 52.1% to 52.8%.
Turkiye’s growth expectation was increased in the ‘Economic Outlook’ report published by OECD.
Accordingly, Turkiye’s growth expectation for 2023 was increased from 4.3% to 4.5%. The 2024 expectation was 2.9% and the 2024 expectation was 3.2%.
Inflation forecasts were also revised upwards. The 2023 inflation expectation was increased from 52.1% to 52.8%, and the 2024 estimate was increased from 39.2% to 47.4%.
