The best-selling car brands in November in Turkiye have been announced

The car brands with the highest sales in the Turkish automobile and light commercial vehicle market in November were Fiat, Renault and Volkswagen, respectively.

According to the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD) data, automobile and light commercial vehicle sales in November increased by 39.8% compared to November last year, reaching 115 thousand 40. In the said period, automobile sales increased by 54.4% to 91 thousand 424, and light commercial vehicle sales increased by 2.3% to 23 thousand 616.

Last month, Fiat took the first place in total sales of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with 16 thousand 5 units. Fiat was followed by Renault with 12 thousand 970 units and Volkswagen with 7 thousand 862 sales.

Ford ranked fourth with 7,433 sales and Toyota ranked fifth with 7,265 sales.

Automobile sales

Considering automobile sales, the brand that sold the most in November was Renault with 11 thousand 471. It was followed by Fiat with 8 thousand 581 sales and Volkswagen with 6 thousand 699 sales.

While Hyundai ranked fourth with 5 thousand 373 sales, Toyota ranked fifth with 5 thousand 71 sales.

Togg’s November deliveries were 4 thousand 401

In ODMD’s list, which includes a total of 51 brands, sales were made from all brands except Seres and Smart last month.

While Togg’s deliveries were 4 thousand 401 units for November, Tesla’s sales remained at 900 units.

In the luxury car group, 66 Porsches, 52 Lexuses, 16 Maserati, 15 Jaguars, 3 Lamborghinis, 2 Ferraris, 1 Bentley and 1 Aston Martin were sold in November.

Chinese electric car manufacturer BYD, which has just entered the Turkish market, recorded sales of 552 units with its single model Atto 3, and Chinese luxury car brand HONGQI recorded 3 units.

Top 5 of light commercial

Looking at the light commercial vehicle segment, Fiat was at the top of the list with 7 thousand 424 sales last month. Fiat was followed by Ford with 3 thousand 973 sales and Toyota with 2 thousand 194 sales.

Peugeot was fourth with 2 thousand 108 sales and Renault was fifth with 1499 sales.
