THY decided to establish “THY Support Services Inc.”, which is a 100% subsidiary.
Turkish Airlines has decided to establish THY Support Services Inc. to handle all kinds of support services, including cleaning, security, facility management, financial affairs, flight and ground services, operational and organizational affairs and processes.
The following statement was made by the company:
“In order to carry out all kinds of support services, including cleaning, security, facility management, financial affairs, flight and ground services, operational and organizational affairs and processes, which are outside the main field of activity of our Incorporation and our subsidiaries, it has been decided to establish “THY Support Services Inc.”, a 100% subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, by our Board of Directors.”
