This strategic project reinforces our success in the premium market and meets the high expectations of our kitchen channel customers. Turkiye, which is the largest production and export center in Europe for Haier, which ranks first in the world according to Euromonitor International’s 2023 white goods sales figures, is a very valuable partner in fulfilling our goal of serving global markets. While our cooker products that we produce in Turkiye will take their place in the Turkish market, they will also be exported to many countries in the world, especially Europe. I must also emphasize that we are grateful to the extraordinary skills of Turkiye and its people.”
CARBON EMISSIONS WILL DECREASE BY 60%
The baking factory was designed to reflect Haier Europe’s commitment to sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint. The Class A building will guarantee an estimated 60% reduction in carbon emissions compared to standard technologies, thanks to renewable energy sources, fully electric assembly lines, and recycled materials to counter the increasing use of plastic.
