Turkish mobility startup BinBin acquires Dutch rival Go Sharing

Turkiye’s leading micromobility company BinBin is taking its journey of growth abroad, which it started with Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Eastern Europe, one step further. By acquiring the shares of Netherlands-based Go Sharing and including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria in the countries of operation, BinBin became Turkiye’s largest micromobility company after this acquisition.

BinBin, which offers sustainable and practical transportation solutions to large masses with the power it draws from technology, announced that it has acquired the shares of Go Sharing, a mobility startup that provides e-moped and e-bike services in Netherlands-based Italy, Belgium, Austria, Germany and Turkiye.

BinBin CEO Kadir Abdik, in his evaluation of the purchase, said, “We have covered a great distance in a very short time in our journey that we started in 2019 with the belief that the future of transportation is in micromobility solutions. We currently serve more than 3 million users in 21 cities in 5 countries under the BinBin brand. We continue our efforts to continue our organic growth by adding new countries and new cities to our network. In addition, we made a rapid entry into Western Europe by acquiring the shares of GO Sharing, which has established a widespread network throughout Europe in the field of micromobility. GO Sharing will continue on its way with its current brand identity and color in the cities it has served before. With the expertise, knowledge and experience of the BinBin and GO Sharing teams, we will continue our growth journey with both our brands in a much stronger and stronger way.
