The Public Procurement Communiqué prepared by the Public Procurement Authority was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, the threshold values and monetary limits specified in the Public Procurement Law were updated by increasing the annual rate of change (97.72%) in the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) for the period of December 2022 announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute.
The Communiqué will enter into force from 1 February 2023.
