The KIPTAS Karanfilkoy project, which will rise on Istanbul Province, Besiktas District, Akat District (on 6 Islands, 7 Plots, 1400 Islands, 9 Plots and 1400 Islands, 269 Plots), will cost ₺3 billion 168 million 904 thousand 852.
The construction area of the KIPTAS Besiktas Karanfilkoy project, which will be built on an area of 185 thousand 434 square meters, has been determined as 478 thousand 815 square meters.
Mesa Etiler Karanfilkoy-Urban Transformation and Development Complex Mass Housing Project will include 1,361 residences, 112 commercial units and 20 offices, as well as a mosque and a school. The concrete to be used within the scope of the project will be met from the concrete batching plant with a capacity of 90m3/hour to be installed within the project area.
An application was made to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for the KIPTAS Etiler Karanfilkoy project and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process started.
Within the scope of the Mesa KaranfilkOy project, there will be 5 sections (P1-P2-P3-P4-P5) and a total of 47 blocks will be built. There will be different types of residences in each block in the project, and there will be commercial areas, offices, mosque, school and additionally social areas, fitness, gym, sauna, indoor-outdoor swimming pool, meeting rooms and shelter areas. Demolition processes in the project area are being carried out by contracted demolition companies by MESA and the process continues.
